window mechanism seems to begin malfunctioning after 4 or 5 years.
Fortunately Chrysler is still providing replacement kits for this problem,
at least for now.

Plymouth Prowler Front Factory License Plate Bracket Factory Original part
This is the official Chrysler part designed to be mounted to the Front of
the Prowler bumper.
As per Chrysler factory design you will need to drill three holes into the bumper to mount
this bracket plate where shown.
